right lung bottom tumor 8cmx4cmx2cm middle of lung 2nodules 2.8cm plus lots of smaller nodules through out right lung. left lung middle 2noudels 2.8cm lots of nodules in lung but a clump of them in bottom of left lung

There's no way to know what it is without a biopsy.

Hi al99, Welcome to Grace. I sorry to hear you're dealing with this. Judy is right, there's no way to know what's going on without a biopsy and someone to read all the gathered info. However with that kind of focal involvement it could be BAC.
If you find you do have cancer and have other questions don't hesitate to ask.
