Hi People,
Can turmeric's curcumin be considered based on some studies and / or observations as angiogenesis inhibitor or even an apoptosis stimulent?
Or is it just a placebo?
My mother suffers from NSCLC and treated in 3rd line with Vinorelbinum, which proves to be pretty hard to tolerate, hence looking for some additional /supplementary treatment.
Heard and red about turmeric's curcumin and found some pills from Jarrow Formulas (an US based company). Anyone tried it?

It is commonly identified and used by patients based on it being promoted, generally by people who are not trained oncologists, as an anti-cancer remedy. At this time, it has no established benefit based on real evidence in human patients.
