Lung Cancer OncTalk 2022
This video series is from our live Lung Cancer OncTalk event held annually. We bring together a talented group of oncologists to discuss emerging treatment options, clinical trial data, and to answer audience questions.
Hi, my mother was diagnosed with stage IV adenocarcinoma with brain metastases 15 months ago. After all the analyses, it was determined that he has a mutation for which he is suitable to take Alecensa-Alectinib. After the initial use, her condition improved drastically. An intermediate CT scan from more than a month ago shows progression at one point, in the primary tumor. Head metastases are smaller. So, oligoprogression is at one point. We are a little disappointed because we read that Alecensa works for up to 37 months.
We are continuing to edit the extensive videos from our 8th annual live patient forum, to make them available for our community!
During this event, leading thoracic oncologists from around the world, as well as lung cancer patients who are active within the patient advocacy community, discussed subjects relevant to all targets as well as breakout sessions on rare mutations.
